VIPER MACKAY seeks to develop positions where quality people want to remain and contribute to the success of our clients. We aim to achieve our mission by: Developing long term relationships with our clients and our employees. Creating a culture of partnership, respect and flexibility with our clients to enable them to achieve business excellence. Increasing efficiency, safety awareness, productivity, profitability and retention. With a combined 40 years mining experience, the team at VIPER MACKAY challenges mining companies to continuously assess their ways of operating and to monitor the need to update their existing ‘best practices’ with all employees. Our work is guided by our commitment to: A pre-selection process finding the ideal new recruit to introduce into the mining industry. Working with training organisations in Australia who conduct mobile plant machine operating courses. An intensive and comprehensive 3 day Mine Site Transition workshop which provides industry specific information, operating on mine site scenarios, living in a mine site camp, our own Viper Mackay induction and supporting services presentations. A mentoring program, on and off site, to every new recruit, for the first three months of employment in the industry. Developing solutions with our clients rather than providing solutions for them. Introducing our clients to new and varied ways of thinking. Providing a variety of methodologies, strategies and best practices. Interpreting and assisting that which cannot be currently seen by the client. Continuing to explore new ideas and approaches being used to enhance quality people.
